今天我們要介紹的是這位日本經理Tom

Tom在這間語言學校擔任經理一職已達半年

對於碧瑤的大小事可謂摸得一清二楚

是個相當可靠的經理

此外，Tom的英文也十分優秀

剛在兩個月前的多益官方考試中拿到了950的高分

可說是talk的活招牌啊

那接下來就來看看他的訪談吧

在日本的工作是？

I’ve finished 2nd year in a Uni in Japan. Then I went to Davao, Philippines to study English in a language academic for 4 month. After that, for a year, I had been in Aus for working holiday. Mainly I was working in a hotel there for hospitality department.

我在日本剛完成大學二年級的學業，然後我去一間位於菲律賓達沃市的語言學校四個月，在那之後，我去澳洲打工度假一年，我在那裏的主要工作是旅館的服務部門。

為什麼會成為學生經理？

Related to my experienced above, I need an opportunity to output my English skill in business scene. Then this position is the best match for me as I’m given 4 English lessons and working environment in English.

和前所述的經驗相關，我需要一個機會去實踐我在商業領域的英文技巧。而這個職位提供四堂課程和英語的工作環境，對我來說再適合也不過。

身為學生經理有什麼事是隨時謹記在心的？

When it comes to communication with students in English, I try to show my understanding toward what they say. I think that will give then confidence in English.

當需要和學生以英文溝通時，我會試著對他們想要說的給予正面的回應，我想這會給他們在英文方面的信心。

為什麼想要學英語？

Actually, I don’t have clear reason. Just I feel it would be better to have English on hand because that will enable to communicate with more people and to widen my possibility.

事實上我沒有明確的理由。我只是覺得有英語能力在手能夠幫助我與更多人溝通並且拓展我發展的可能性。

覺得一天四小時的課程如何？請談談喜歡的老師和原因

While I like all the classes I take now, but if I need to choose one, my favorite class would be teacher Joan’s speaking class. She’s been my teacher over 6 month now due to her good understanding of student’s English and constant effort to teach.

我喜歡現在所有的課程，但若要我選擇一項，我最喜歡的課程是Joan老師的「speakig class」，由於他對於學生的理解和持續的付出指導，他已經當了我六個月的老師。

假日通常如何度過？

Baguio itself doesn’t have beach but several nice parks, bars and so on to visit. Ex. Mines View Park, Bum Ham Park, Botanical Garden, white moon, Baguio Craft Brewery etc……

碧瑤本身並沒有海灘，但有很多很棒的公園、酒吧之類的地方可以去，像是瞭望公園、文咸公園、碧瑤植物園、 white moon、Baguio Craft Brewery等等......。

有推薦的學習方法嗎？

It depends on each one of you. It can be listening to songs, watching movies, watching news, textbooks, online…… It should be the one you think of best for yourself.

學習方法其實取決於個人，可以是聽歌、看電影、看新聞、教科書或線上學習，只有自己才知道怎樣對自己最好。
